- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the personalization process has not begun.
- Returns/Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our products (audio-recordable gifts and custom songs), we generally do not offer returns unless the product arrives damaged or is functionally defective.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the defect to initiate a replacement or refund.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
